Come find a friendly and invigorating atmosphere to practice pilates. Focus is kept on providing a quaint and private environment, a pilates "boutique". Receive private instruction, semi-private instruction or join a small group class all in an intimate studio environment. If you are new to Pilates or a novice, regardless, you will gain a broader mind/body connection while you strengthen your core. Pilates is a mental and physical conditioning program, thus strengthening both mind and body. You will move through exercises created and inspired by Joseph Pilates over 70 years ago. I combine a classical repertoire with an optimal blend of modern advances which focus on biomechanics and specific principals that allow you to be continually challenged while achieving great results.
